Maybe it was pure luck but in the nearly four years I owned this car I never had a problem I kept up with maintenance like oil changes religiously . They were always friendly. It does suck that you have to drive there every time you make a payment but it didn't kill me to do it. Would recommend them to anyone with credit issues needing to get in a car asap.
